Number Of Ingredients 8

4 Thick Iowa Chops
Marinade:
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. Olive Oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T. Ketchup
Ground Pepper
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic

Steps:

  • Marinate chops in sauce 4-6 hours Brown over hot coals 3-4 minutes on each side. Stand chops up on backbone and grill 15 minutes.
