- In a bowl, stir together the flour, butter, dry milk powder, and salt. Work the mixture until it forms a dough. Knead it until smooth. Place the dough in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until needed. Mixture will keep for up to 1 month. To use: Take out 1/2 cup of the dough and slowly blend it with 1 cup hot water. For a thicker sauce, use less water. For a thinner sauce, use more.
