Incredible Meat Loaf image

Meat loaf can be pretty same ol same ol but not this one. I guarantee this is the one you've been looking for. It's great the next day for sandwiches.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 pound(s) lean ground beef or turkey
1 cup(s) dry bread crumbs (i use flavored crumbs)
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
1 - egg, beaten
1/4 cup(s) minced onion
1/4 each teaspoon(s) pepper, dry mustard, sage. celery salt, garlic salt
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Heat Oven 350o Mix all ingredients thoroughly. For better browning, shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve hot or cold. For catsup topped meat loaf spread 3 tablespoons of catsup on top of meatloaf on top before baking.
