IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN 'N BROCCOLI PIE
The pie makes its own crust. Omit the chicken for Impossible broccoli pie.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees Grease pie plate .
- Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw, drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese, the chicken and onion in plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender or with a mixer pour into pie plate
- bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese bake until just melted.
