Iced Peanut Butter Bars image

I love peanut butter bars but this recipe has a little something extra that enhances the peanut butter flavor even more, the icing! I got this recipe from a very sweet lady named Mary at my Mom's church. She brought these and they were gone instantly! **I didn't have enough chocolate chips so added about 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips and they came out REALLY tasty!**
