Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert image

This is a quick easy dessert and I made it instead of a cake for my daughters birthday.

Number Of Ingredients 5

17 - miniature ice cream sandwiches, divided
12 ounce(s) jar of caramel ice cream topping
12 ounce(s) container of frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1/4 cup(s) chocolate syrup
1 - symphony or heath candy bar, chopped

Steps:

  • Arrange 14 ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 13in x 9in, x 2in dish. Cut remaining sandwiches in half lengthwise, and fill the spaces in the dish. Spread with caramel and then whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped candy bar. Cover and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
