Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Butter
7 ounces Shrimp, cooked
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 cup Rice, raw

Steps:

  • Start rice cooking.
  • Simmer onion and curry powder in butter in top of double boiler till onion is soft but not brown.
  • Add soup and stir till smooth.
  • Add sour cream and shrimp.
  • Heat through and serve over rice.
