HOT MARYLAND CRAB DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 ounces of fresh back fin blue crab meat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated fresh onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Soften cream cheese 2. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire, dry mustard and garlic 3. Fold in crab meat 4. Sprinkle cheese on top 5. Put in a 8x8 baking dish 4. Bake at 325 until bubbly (approx. 30 minutes) 6. Serve with baguette slices
