HOT CURRIED FRUIT image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 8 3/4 ounce can of apricot halves
1 8 1/2 ounce can sliced pears
1 8 1/2 ounce can sliced peaches
1 8 1/2 ounce can chunk pineapple
1 1/2 cups sliced banana
1 17 ounce jar dark pitted cherries
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup sherry

Steps:

  • Drain fruit and place in a two quart buttered baking dish. Combine cornstarch, curry powder, cinnamon, and sugar. Sprinkle over fruit. Combine melted butter and sherry. Pour over fruit and gently toss. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
