Hot Cheesy Artichoke Dip image

We love this dip with Triscuit's new triangle shaped crackers. It's always a favorite to serve at family get togethers. The weather is turning cooler here in California, finally, and I'm bringing this dip to a wine and appetizer gathering tonight!

Number Of Ingredients 4

lg can(s) artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c grated parmesean cheese
1 1/2 c mayonnaise

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2. Mix softened cream cheese, parmesean cheese and mayonnaise together. Then stir in chopped artichokes.
  • 3. Pour into a small casserole dish and bake 25-30 minutes. Serve with Triscuit's triangle shaped crackers or any other crackers you like!
