HOT-APPLE RASPBERRY CIDER image

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 c apple cider
1 oz raspberry syrup
1 T orange zest
pinch of ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and cardamom
Garnish:
1-2 T whipped cream
dusting of cinnamon
orange zest

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan combine the apple cider, raspberry syrup, orange zest, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Heat the mixture until steam rises from the surface, do not boil. Pour the hot mixture into a mug. Garnish the top with the whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon and a pinch of orange zest.
