Horseradish cheese spread image

I have had this cheese spread recipe for many years. it originally came forom Taste Of Home from Margie Wampler. It is delish, quick and easy.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb velveeta, any flavor you like
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c horseradish

Steps:

  • 1. Cube the velveeta in a microwave proof bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
  • 2. Nuke and stir serveral times until melted, might take 3 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in mayo and horseradish, cover and chill. nice addition would be some crispy bacon.
