Steps:
- Add the pork, pepper and onion to pan to brown the meat and gently fry the vegetables. Once cooked, add to a pot. Mix the juice from the lychees, corn flour, wine vinegar and sugar and add to the hot frying pan. Gently simmer until starts to thicken, then add to pot and put in oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes. Add the lychees to the dish 10 minutes before the end. Serve with rice.
