HONEY-GLAZED HAM W/ FRESH PINEAPPLE CHUTNEY image

3 T. honey
3 T. orange juice
pinch of ground cloves
1 pre-packaged and pre-cooked and sliced 7 lb. ham
1 fresh pineapple cut into 1/2" cubes
2/3 cup non-alcoholic apple cider brandy
1 red onion, chopped
1 cinnamon stick
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375º F. In a small bowl, blend honey, orange juice and cloves. Place ham in a foil-lined pan, roast for 30 minutes and brush w/ half the glaze. Continue roasting, brushing halfway through w/ remaining glaze, until 140º - about 20 more minutes. For chutney: combine pineapple, cider, onion, cinnamon and pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat for 10-20 minutes and stir frequently until pineapple is tender. Discard cinnamon stick and serve chutney warm with ham. Refrigerate any leftovers.
