Steps:
- 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- 3. Mix the soy, honey, ketchup, onion, garlic, vegetable oil and karo in a bowl till thoroughly combined.
- 4. Pour over the chicken in the crock pot. If using pepper flakes, sprinkle on top.
- 5. Cook for 3 1/2 - 4 hours on low, or 2 - 2 1/2 on high.
- 6. When chicken is cooked through; remove from pot. When cool enough, cut into bite sized pieces.
- 7. In a bowl; mix the cornstarch in 6 tablespoons of water and pour into crock pot. Stir to combine with the honey sauce. Replace the lid and cook on high setting until thickened...about 10 minutes. Return cut up chicken to sauce, and stir to coat and warm through.
- 8. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds. ( which I forgot...Lol ) Enjoy! Delicious over noodles or rice.
