HONET BOURBON CARROTS image

1 lb carrots, peeled, cut diagonally in 1/4 inch slices
2/3 cup water
3 tbl butter
3 tbl bourbon
3 tbl honey

Steps:

  • Combine in large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until carrots tender and liquid is a glze, stirring, about 10 min. Salt and pepper to taste.
