Steps:
- 1. Pour your cornstarch and sugar in a sauce pan. Whisk them together until they are combined
- 2. Heat the pan over medium/high heat and slowly incorporate the milk to the mixture constantly whisking the mixture to avoid lumps
- 3. Bring the milk,sugar,cornstarch mixture up to a simmer, allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat.Add your chocolate chips, butter and vanilla into the pot. Stir until the chocolate is melted and everything else is incorporated
- 5. Pour the pudding into four small individual containers Chill for at least 2 hours
- 6. *Note* whether your using a mixer or a hand held one; put the bowl that you will be using in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes before making this recipe. It will help the cream whip faster and a lot more fluffier (is that even a word?!?! LOL)
- 7. Take your bowl out of the fridge or the freezer Add your heavy cream and powder sugar and vanilla Mix on high until you get stiff peaks Top your pudding with the whipped cream and enjoy!
