Steps:
- 1. Sift flour then add other dry ingredients
- 2. Then cut in 8 tlbs of butter until it resembles course meal . Little pebbles . :)
- 3. Then add you evaporated milk and water mixture . Mix together
- 4. flour your surface and rolling pin so that it doesn't stick
- 5. Then knead your dough a few mins
- 6. Cut out with biscuit cutter or you can use a glass cup
- 7. Place in a nonstick pan snuggled together
- 8. Place in a preheated oven @ 400*
- 9. Bake for 12 to 15 mins until they are lightly brown
