Steps:
- Preheat the griddle to 370°F.
- Whisk eggs and oil into banana until smooth. Then, whisk in salt and yogurt until smooth, then milk. Whisk in masa until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder and stir just barely mixed.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until only tiny clumps of flour remain.
- Put 6 pancakes at a time from a ⅛ cup scoop onto the griddle. Once the tops of the pancakes have lost their shininess, 2 to 3 minutes, flip with an offset spatula. They should be brown, but not burnt. Let the pancakes cook for another 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.
- Serve.
