Steps:
- 1. Season stew meat with 1/4 tsp salt 2. Heat Oil in saucepan over medium high heat 3. add stew meat and brown well on all sides. 4. When meat is well-browned, add the onion. Reduce heat to low and cook until onions are tendar, about 10 minutes. 5. Add garlic clove and tomato paste. Cook 5 more minutes 6. Add beef broth, worcestershire adn bay leaf. Cover and simmer 20 minutes 7. remove cover, increase heat to medium and simmer another 25 minutes or until reduced to 3 cups.
