Holiday Hash Browns image

This is so yummy. It's great to help use up leftover ham from the holidays.I also sprinkle seasoned salt on the potatoes before adding to the mixture. You don't have to, sometimes the ham can be salty. Also, I have used crushed Ritz crackers on top instead of the corn flakes.

1 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup corn flakes, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Mix the soup, sour cream, onions, and ham together in a large bowl. Add the potatoes to this mixture. Spread into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Combine the butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 60 minutes.
