Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 180c
  • Place cod on foil and sprinkle over spices. Seal foil and bake for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Poach the eggs with splash of vinegar for 6 minutes
  • Blanch asparagus for 6 minutes
  • Serve the asparagus to the side of the fish with the poached egg on top
