Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 180c
- Place cod on foil and sprinkle over spices. Seal foil and bake for 15 - 20 minutes
- Poach the eggs with splash of vinegar for 6 minutes
- Blanch asparagus for 6 minutes
- Serve the asparagus to the side of the fish with the poached egg on top
