Steps:
- 1. Place sifted flour, salt, sugar and dried yeast into a mixing bowl. Mix well. 2. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add in beaten eggs, warm milk and melted butter. Mix together with hands to thoroughly combine to form a dough. 3. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead dough till smooth (approx. 10 - 15 mins). 4. Place dough back into the mixing bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm place to prove for about 1 hour till dough has double in size. 5. Remove dough from mixing bowl. Knead dough again till smooth. 6. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon powder with brown sugar. Set aside. 7. Roll out dough into a 16 x 21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with softened butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover with damp cloth and allow to prove in a warm place until dough has nearly doubled (approx. 30 mins). 8. Preheat oven to 200 Deg Celsius. Bake rolls in oven for 16 minutes or until golden brown. 9. To prepare Cream Cheese Frosting, beat together cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt till light and fluffy. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving. 12 Servings
