- 1. Rinse the vegetable thoroughly in a colander, drain and then slice.
- 2. In a bowl, add sour cream, lemon juice, ground fennel seeds, sea salt and white pepper; stir to combine.
- 3. Divide the torn lettuce among 4 small plates and place the sliced hearts of palm on top. Lightly drizzle the dressing on top. Serves 4
