Steps:
- 1. Salt cabbage generously and put in the sink to drain for about 1 hour. 2. Rinse cabbage under cold water and pat very dry. 3. Mix the carrot with the cabbage. 4. Toast celery seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat; cool. 5. Whisk the mayo, mustard, brown sugar, pineapple juice, buttermilk, celery seeds, 1 tsp salt, and cayenne; add pepper to taste. 6. Add the cabbage, tossing to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
