HEALTHY BROCCOLI CASHEW SALAD image

3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup fat-free mayo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup splenda or sugar substitute

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine broccoli thru bacon bits. In small bowl, combine mayo, vinegar and splenda. Add dressing to salad and toss gently Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
