Hawaiian Delight image

This cake is so moist and so flavorful. You will absolutely love it.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1-20 oz crushed pineapple juice
2 eggs 1-t. butter extract
2 c sugar
2 c flour plus 2 t. soda
1 c walnuts
1-8 oz cream cheese soft
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 stick butter 1 t. vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Mix 20 oz. pineapple, 2 eggs, 1-t.butter extract, 2-c. sugar.(Mix 2-c. flour, 2-t. soda and 1-c. walnuts).
  • 2. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan Bake 350* for 30 minutes. Frost- while hot, poke holes in cake.
  • 3. Frosting; 1-8oz. cream cheese soft 21/2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter and 1-t. vanilla.
