I've had this recipe for so many years, I have no idea where I got it. This is a delicious bread but it is really a desert. So good!

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl mix pineapple with juice, coconut, cherries, eggs and sugar together. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix well. Use spoon to mix, do not use an electric mixer.
- 2. Pour into 2(two) well greased loaf pans.
- 3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans about 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
- 4. When completely cool wrap in foil and refrigerate.
