Steps:
- (may want to precook mushrooms if they are large and thick) remove stems, reserve. melt 2 t of butter and mix well with caps. thoroughly blend remaining 4 butter, garlic, wheexe, wine, soy, and crackers. place mushrooms, cavity side up, in a baking pan. evenly mound filling in each pressing it in lightly (at this point you may cover and refridgerate for up to 6 hours) broil about 6 inches below heat until bubbly and browned - about 3 minutes.
