Number Of Ingredients 14

1 pounds ground beef
0.5 pounds pork sausage
1 cans chicken
2 units eggs
1 units onion
1 cups bread crumbs
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.125 teaspoons pepper
0.125 teaspoons garlic salt
0.25 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 pinches sweet basil
1 cups cornflakes
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cans water

Steps:

  • 1) Combine ground beef with sausage meat, chicken & rice soup, eggs, onion, bread crumbs and all seasonings.
  • 2) When well blended, shape into finger shapes about 1 1/2 by 4 inches.
  • 3) Roll in the cornflake crumbs and brown on all sides in the oil.
  • 4) Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • 5) Pour the mushroom soup mixed with water over meat.
  • 6) Bake uncovered in a slow oven, 300 degrees, for about 1 hour.
