Ham Quesadillas with Pineapple Pico de Gallo image

A freshly prepared pico de gallo made with chopped pineapples makes a terrific topping for these cheesy skillet-cooked ham quesadillas.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
1 tsp. lime juice
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
4 KRAFT Singles
4 flour tortillas (7 inch)

Steps:

  • Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
  • Layer ham and Singles on half of each tortilla; fold in half to enclose filling. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  • Cut into triangles to serve. Top with pineapple mixture.
