Steps:
- Take 3 cups of frozen hash browns thawed & dry between paper towels.
- Put hash browns in a 9 inch pie plate, pressing some up the sides.
- Drizzle with olive oil & bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- In food processor or blender mix 4 oz hot pepper cheese & 4 oz swiss cheese &
- eggs & 1/2 cup cream
- add 6 oz of ham and season well.
- Pour over hash brown crust & bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot, cold or room temp. Appetizer, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
