Ham, Egg, Cheese & Hashbrown Casserole image

Delicious casserole. Cheesy with smoky taste from ham. Great for a brunch or breakfast pot luck

Number Of Ingredients 7

12 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) milk
- salt and pepper
1 pound(s) frozen hashbrowns thawed
2 cup(s) diced ham
2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup(s) green onions chopped

Steps:

  • Mix the eggs with milk salt and pepper. Stir in the hashbrowns, ham, cheese and green onion.
  • Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture in pan and bake about 45 minutes until eggs are set.
