Steps:
- 1. Tear or cut the 4 english muffins into small pieces making 4 cups..
- 2. In 2 quart greased baking square dish, spread 2 cups of the english muffin pieces. Top with diced ham chunks, cheese and chopped asparagus
- 3. Top with remaining english muffin pieces
- 4. Whisk together eggs, sour cream and stir in milk, mustard, onion and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Pour evenly over layers in dish...cover and chill for at least 2 hours..
- 5. Bake uncovered in a preheated 325 degree oven for 60 minutes...let stand 10 minutes before serving
