Steps:
- 1. In a large sauce pan melt butter and wisk in flour until all lumps are gone.
- 2. Slowly wisk in milk. Cook until thick like a sauce stirring continuously.
- 3. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Put cooked potatoes and ham in a large casserole dish and top with cheese sauce.
- 4. Break bread into thick crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes until it gets nice and crispy on top.
