HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE image

12 slice of fresh bread, crust removed
1 stick of btter, melted
3/4 lb of cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sliced ham

Steps:

  • Layer 6 sliced bread in bottom of 9X13 pan, top with 1/2 of ham and 1/2 of cheese. Mix all else. Pour 1/2 over. Layer with bread, ham and more cheese. Bake at 300' for 45".
