3 eggs
4 tablespoons feta cheese or 3 slices of brick feta
4 -5 slices gyro meat, 4-5 thin slices
3 -4 slices tomatoes, 3-4 thin slices
1/4 cucumber, 1/4 of medium sized one shredded, and patted dry

Steps:

  • beat eggs obviously for omelet, pour in pan, and cook evenly for omelet.
  • add pre-cooked Gyro meat from loaf, Tomatoes, and shredded cucumber.
  • before you fold omelet, add your feta evenly.
  • allow omelet to finish, remove from heat and --
