Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together well, so flavors all mix together. Put whole batch in a loaf pan.
- Cook at 375 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
- Remove from oven, toss grease. put in fridge to cool, then slice thinly for uses. Loaf freezes well, so I usually make the loaf and freeze half, and use half for various Greek dishes.
