Guacamole 3 Ways image

This is a sweet citrus take on guacamole, but you can use any fruit or vegetables, snipped fresh herbs, crumbled cheese, and spicy pepper or onion you like. Two variations are listed below. Serve with tortilla chips, plantain chips, or cut fresh vegetables.

2 medium avocados - halved, pitted, and peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ cup chopped orange
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Mash together avocados and lime juice in a bowl. Stir in orange, cilantro, cotija cheese, jalapeno, and salt.
