Grown-Up Grilled Cheese image

Just because you're grown-up doesn't mean you can't eat a good ol' grilled cheese. Put avocados, jalapeƱos and cilantro on the sandwich for an adult twist.

4 KRAFT Singles
4 slices multi-grain bread
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 small fresh jalapeƱo pepper, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened

Steps:

  • Place 1 Singles on each of 2 bread slices. Top with avocados, peppers and cilantro; cover wth remaining Singles and bread slices.
  • Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
  • Cook in skillet on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
