Steps:
- 1. Boil water for macaroni. 2. Brown ground turkey in EVOO/butter mixture. 3. Add pepper, onion, and garlic. 4. Add paprika, cumin, marjoram, salt/pepper. 5. Add chicken stock to meat and deglaze. 6. Add sour cream. Reduce heat and simmer. 7. Add macaroni and combine. 8. Sprinkle with parsley.
