Ground Beef Stroganoff image

This is a great, quick recipe to make with ground beef and soups that you may have in your cupboard. It is a kid-friendly recipe too!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb ground beef or stew beef, cut in strips
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of onion soup
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp paprika
1 dash(es) pepper
1 pkg egg noodles

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pan, brown beef until crumbly. Drain and put back into pan.
  • 2. Add soups, sour cream and seasonings.
  • 3. Cook about 5-8 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Serve over egg noodles, prepared per package instructions.
