There is nothing like combining two comfort food favorites, grilled cheese and tuna melts..Mmmm Mmmm Good. A little high on the calories but Ohh so worth it. I made this with Franz's San Juan Bread and swiss cheese this time but next time I think I'll add some guyere shavings as well as a few dill pickles on it too....

Steps:
- 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- 2. Put enough tuna salad to cover slice of bread on two slices of bread opposite side from the butter.
- 3. Cover with 2 slices of your favorite cheese cover with second slice of bread butter side up.
- 4. Place on hot griddle buttered side down, flip when browned. Remove off griddle when cheese is melted and bread is well browned.
