GRILLED STEAK SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 19

2 1/2 LBS. SIRLOIN SEAK (1 1/2 " THICK)
Marinade
1/3 cup dijon
1 Tbsp. worcestershire
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Salad
1 large bunch arugula
1 large head radicchio or any lettuce of choice
2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup black olives
Dressing
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 cups olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped herbs

Steps:

  • Mix marinade ingr together and coat steak allowing to marinate 1/2 hour to overnight in refrigerator. Barbecue steak approx. 10 minutes per side for medium rare. Let steak rest 5 minutes before carving. Prepare salad along with dressing. Arrange lettuce on large flat dish, toss with half dressing. Arrange tomatoes on edge of platter. Slice steak and put on top of salad, serve along with extra dressing.
