Grilled Shrimp and Sausages image

We all enjoyed this meal so much! We served it with a Caprese salad. Delicious.

⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound shrimp, deveined, shells and tails on
1 pound Italian sausage, split open

Steps:

  • Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes together in a large bowl; add shrimp and marinate, about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove shrimp from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Cook shrimp and sausage on the preheated grill until cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
