Steps:
- Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Can be made one week ahead. Cover and chill. Probably can freeze. Bring to room temperature before serving. Scallops: Combine all ingredients except scallops in a bowl. Mix in scallops and let stand at 30 minutes or chill up to 1 hour. Place scallops on skewers and grill a few minutes on each side depending on size. Remove from grill and lightly drizzle sauce on the scallops. Serve and serve remaining sauce on the side. Serves 2
