Steps:
- Preheat BBQ
- Rinse the salmon and gently pat dry with paper towel
- Cube the salmon roughly 2" thick
- Cut the pepper and onion to small pieces 2" thick
- Brush the salmon and vegetables with oil
- Season salmon and vegetables with salt and pepper
- Place the salmon and vegetables on skewers
- Place skewers directly on BBQ or grill-safe tray
- Grill for several minutes on each side but do not turn more than once
- The salmon should flake easily when done
