Grilled Mushrooms image

A quick and easy recipe for perfectly tender, grilled mushrooms--this side dish is a cinch to prepare!

1 pound cremini mushrooms, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a grill basket.
  • Place the grill basket on the preheated grill and cook until mushrooms are caramelized, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
