A very lean steak I usually get a couple meals from. Grilled on night then leftovers make great fajitas, a great cold salad, or stir fry. Its quick and very tasty.

Steps:
- 1. Season London Broil with garlic, onion, smoked salt, and cracked pepper both sides
- 2. Let come to room temperature, heat grill to 500 degrees.
- 3. Grill 6 minutes first side flip and grill 3 minutes side 2.
- 4. Remove and let rest for 15 minutes.
- 5. Slice thinly across grain
