Steps:
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag; add shrimp. Seal bag and turn to coat the shrimp. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Drain and discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto two metal or soaked wooden skewers. Moisten paper towel with cooking oil; using long handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in from the heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
